RESOLUTION NO. 7907
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING LEASE OF CITY PROPERTY
TO THOMAS E. PRICE
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield,
Minnesota, as follows:
1. A proposed lease of the north 10 feet of the following
described tract of land, to-wit:
The west 468.68 feet of the east 493.68 feet of
that part of the south 20 acres of the north 30
acres of the northwest quarter of the southwest
quarter lying south of the north four feet thereof
of Section 34, Township 28, Range 24
to Thomas E. Price is hereby ordered to be placed on file.
2. It is hereby determined that the premises described in said
lease are not presently needed for municipal purposes and
that such premises will not be needed for a term of five
years.
3. It is hereby determined to be necessary and expedient for the
City to lease such premises to Thomas E. Price for use in
connection with a mobile home park and such proposed lease is
hereby approved. The Mayor and City Manager are hereby
authorized and directed to execute such lease for and on
behalf of the City.
4. All rental sums received under the provision of such lease
shall be paid into the General Fund.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Richfield, Minnesota,
this 10th day of August, 1992.
