RESOLUTION FOR HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENT FOR DISEASED TREE
REMOVAL FROM PRIVATE PROPERTY FOR THE PERIOD JANUARY 1, 1992 TO
DECEMBER 31, 1992.
WHEREAS, by a resolution passed by the City Council of the
City of Richfield on June 14, 1993, the City Clerk was directed
to p repare the assessment of the cost of removing diseased trees
from the following private properties in the City of Richfield
for the period January 1, 1992 through December 31, 1992.

WHEREAS, the City Clerk has notified the City Council that
such proposed assessment has been completed and filed in his
office for public inspection.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City. Council of the
City of Richfield, Minnesota:
1. A hearing shall beheld on the 26th day. of July, 1993,
in the City Hall Council Ch tubers at 7 p.m., or as soon as
hereafter as it may be reaci~ed on the agenda, to pass upon such
proposed assessment and at such time and place all persons owning
property affected by said d}seased tree removal assessment will be
given an opportunity to be heard in reference to such assessment.
