RESOLUTION NO. 8004
A RESOLUTION DISPENSING WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF
MINNESOTA STATUTES, SECTION 462.356(b)
WITH RESPECT TO THE CONVEYANCE OF PROPERTY LOCATED AT
7701 HARRIET AVENUE SOUTH AND 7646 LYNDALE AVENUE SOUTH
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Richfield finds that the
proposed disposal of real property located within the City of
Richfield, Minnesota and described as:
7701 Harriet Avenue South
The south 45 feet of the north
West Quarter of the Southeast
Section 34, Township, 28 Range
75 feet of the north 230 feet of the
Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of
24, Hennepin County, Minnesota; and
7646 Lyndale Avenue South
That part of the east 91.00 feet of Lot 7, "Glenn's Addition",
lying southerly of the north 28.3 feet of said Lot 7 and lying
northerly of the south line of the north 31.57 feet of said Lot 7,
together with that part of said Lot 7 which lies west of the east
91.00 feet of said Lot 7, which lies south of the north 28.3 feet
of said Lot 7, and which lies northerly of a line run from the
southwest corner of the east 91.00 feet of the north 31.57 feet of
said Lot 7 to the southwest corner of the north 28.3 feet of said
Lot 7,
(the "Land") is consistent with the comprehensive plan of the City of
Richfield.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Richfield that the requirements of Minnesota Statutes, Section
462.356(b) may be dispensed with in regard to the conveyance of the
Land.
Passed by a two-thirds vote and adopted by the City Council of the
City of Richfield, Minnesota, this 12th day of April, 1993.
