BEIT RESOLVED,thatthe CityofRichfield enter into MnDOT Agreement No.
1032757 withthe State ofMinnesota,DepartmentofTransportation for the following
purposes:
To provide forpaymentby the State tothe City ofthe State's share of the costs of the
grading,bituminous surfacing,bridge approaches,noisewall,storm sewer, and lighting
construction and otherassociated construction to be performed upon,along,and adjacent
to Trunk Highway No.77 located on 77th StreetEastbetween Bloomington Avenue South
and Longfellow Avenue;located onTrunk Highway No.77 between 100 Feet north of
Trunk Highway No.494 and 1,520 Feetnorth of Trunk Highway No.494 withinthe
corporate Citylimits under City ProjectNo. 413000,by the Cityand State asState Project
No.157-108-035,No. 157-594-003,and bythe State asState ProjectNo. 2758-82 (T.H.
77=279).
BEIT FURTHER RESOLVED,thatthe Mayor and the CityManager are authorized
toexecute the Agreementand any amendmentstothe Agreement.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Richfield, Minnesota this 25th day of May,
2021.
