04-27 Bill No. 2021-6BILL NO. 2021-6 AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO ZONING; AMENDING APPENDIX I TO THE RICHFIELD CITY CODE BY REZONING LAND AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF LYNDALE AVENUE AND 65TH STREET AS PLANNED MIXED USE THE CITY OF RICHFIELD DOES ORDAIN: Section 1. Section 8 of Appendix I of the Richfield Zoning Code (Planned Mixed Use) is amended to add a new Paragraph 10 to read as follows: (10) M-4 (NE Corner 65t" and Lyndale): Lot 1, Block 1, Lyndale Oaks Second Addition. Sec. 2. Section 3, Paragraph 28 is repealed. (28) M-4 (E of Lyndale between 64th and 65th). Lots 3 through 5 and Lots 18 through 20, Block 6, Lyndale Oaks Addition except for the Northwesterly 25 feet of Lot 18; and Lot 2, Block 2, J.N. Hauser's Second Addition. (Amended, Bill No. 1992-11, 2011-22) Sec. 3. This ordinance is effective in accordance with Section 3.09 of the Richfield City Charter.
