Section 8.04 Any capital improvement to city owned property which has an
estimated cost exceeding $500,000 or expenditures for design or engineering
costs exceeding $75,000 must be approved by ordinance after a public
hearing.
Section 3.05 Require a 14 day notice of a public hearing from the present 7
day notice.
