07-14 Resolution No. 11746 RESOLUTION NO.11746 RESOLUTION APPROVING SUMMARY PUBLICATION OF AN ORDINANCE AMENDING APPENDIX I TO THE RICHFIELD CITY CODE BY REZONING LAND AT TH THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF 66STREET AND LYNDALE AVENUE AS PLANNED MIXED USE WHE REAS, the City has adopted the above referenced amendment of the Richfield City Code; and WHEREAS, the verbatim text of the amendment is cumbersome, and the expense of publication of the complete text is not justified. NO W THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield that the following summary is hereby approved for official publication: SUMMARY PUBLICATION BILL NO. 2020-2 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING APPENDIX I TO THE RICHFIELD CITY CODE BY TH REZONING LAND AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF 66 STREET AND LYNDALE AVENUE AS PLANNED MIXED USE This summary of the ordinance is published pursuant to Section 3.12 of the Richfield City Charter. On January 28, 2020, the Richfield City Council adopted an ordinance designated as Bill No. 2020-2, the title of which is stated above. The ordinance changed the zoning of property commonly known at Market Plaza and Village Shores at 6501 Woodlake Drive from Planned Multiple Residential (PMR) to Planned Mixed Use (PMU).
