The second meeting of the Long Range Capital Improve~€ents F1aR~
ping Commission was held at the Council Chambers of the Village ball at
7:00 P.M. December 13, 1956.

Subjects of discussion were: The Village Budget and the School
Budget. reports were requested for the next meeting from:
1. Ldward Moline - YtOperating Budget of the Villager'
2. Clayton LeFevere - 11The Limitations on the Village Debt"
There was discussion on proposed public improvements and pra-
posed village building expansion.
It was unanimously decided th at two ha].f~time interns would be
hired.
Promptness, which is a necessity in any organization of this
type, was not respected.
It was decided that the next meeting of the commission would be
held in the Council Chambers of the Village Hall on Thursday, January l0,
1957.
The meeting adjourned at 9:30 P.M.
