The first meeting of the Long Mange Capital Improvements P].an-
Wing Commission was held at the Council Chambers of the Village Hall.,.
6700 rortland Avenue at ?:00 r.M., November 28, 1956.
Members present were: Arundel, Gasterland, Grunditz, Renshaw
and`Woerner
Ex--Jfficio members present were: Serstock, Rumpel and Van

ter. Gunderson arrived at approximately 8:15 P.hi.
A review of the by-laws of operation was made and a general d is-
cussion of the operations and intent of the commission followed:
It was unanimously agreed by the five regular: members that an

administrative assistant should be retained for work with the comff~ission
as soon as possible.
It was requested that copies of the Village and School budgets
for the year 1957, along with a report on the bonded indebtedness of the
school district and the village, and any or all reports of various service
organizations that would be of .interest to this commission be gathered and
made available for the next meeting.
It was decided that the next meeting of the commission would be
held in the Council Chambers of the Village Ha11 on Thursday, hecember
13th at ?:00 Y.A.
