Members Present: Debbie Goettel, Mayor; Sue Sandahl; Fred Wroge; and Tom Fitzhenry.
Members Absent: Pat Elliott.
Staff Present: Steven L. Devich, City Manager; Pam Dmytrenko, Assistant to the City
Manager; and Dave Conrads, Building Maintenance Supervisor.
The City Council attended a tour of the Think Mutual Bank facility and discussed various
options of design for the New City Hall.
