2009-16CITY OF RICHFIELD BILL N0.2009-16 AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO PAWNBROKER ESTABLISHMENTS; CHANGING THE AGE LIMIT FOR PAWN TRANSACTIONS FROM 21 TO 18 YEARS OF AGE; AMENDING SUBSECTION 1187.43 (A) OF THE RICHFIELD CITY CODE THE CITY OF RICHFIELD DOES ORDAIN: Section 1. Subsection 1187.43, paragraph (a) of the Richfield City Code is amended to read as follows: (a) No person under the age of ~1. 18 years may pawn or sell or attempt to pawn or sell goods with any licensee, nor may any licensee receive any goods from a person under the age of ~1- 18 years. Sec. 2. This ordinance shall be effective as provided in section 3.09 of the Richfield City Charter.
