RESOLUTION GRANTING PRELIMINARY APPROVAL OF A PLAT FOR
RICHFIELD CITY HALL
WHEREAS, the City of Richfield, ("Applicant") has requested preliminary approval
to combine several tracts of land currently addressed at 6700-6758 Portland Avenue and
located generally south of 67th Street and- west of Portland Avenue and north of 68th
Street and east of Lots 1-8, Block 1, Sundeland Vista in the City of Richfield; and
WHEREAS, the proposed subdivision is to be known as RICHFIELD CITY HALL;
and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on the proposed preliminary plat of
RICHFIELD CITY HALL on Tuesday, October 13, 2009 at which all interested persons
were given the opportunity to be heard; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield,
as follows:
1. The proposed preliminary plat of RICHFIELD CITY HALL satisfies the
requirements of the City's subdivision ordinances.
2. The Applicant must apply for final approval once construction of improvements
has been completed or construction of said improvements has been secured
by contract and bond.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Richfield, Minnesota this 13th day of
October, 2009.
