CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Regan Gonzalez at 2:30 p.m. in the Council
Chambers.
Council Members Maria Regan Gonzalez, Mayor; Edwina Garcia; Mary Supple; Simon
Present: Trautmann; and Ben Whalen.
Staff Present: Kelly Wynn, Senior Office Assistant
Others Present: Lisa Sorenson, Sorenson Consulting
ITEM #1 SPECIAL MEETING ITEMS
• Special City Council Closed Executive Session in the Babcock Room regarding
the City Manager's 1-year performance evaluation.
• Reconvene the Special City Council Meeting in the Council Chambers.
Mayor Regan Gonzalez, City Council Members and Lisa Sorenson moved into a closed
executive session in the Babcock Room where discussion of the City Manager's performance was
conducted.
The Special City Council Meeting was reconvened in the Council Chambers.
ADJOURNMENT
The meeting was adjourned by unanimous consent at 4:10 p.m.
