This summary of the ordinance
is published pursuant to Section
3.12 of the Richfield City Charter.
On January 28, 2020, the Rich-
field City Council adopted an ordi-
nance designated as Bill No. 2020-
2, the title ol which is stated above.
The ordinance changed the zoning
of property commonly known at
Market Plaza and Village Shores at
6501 Woodlake Drive from Planned
Multiple Residential (PMH) to
Planned Mixed Use (PMU).

the City Clerk's office during nor-
mal business hours or upon re-
quest by calling the Department of
