CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Regan Gonzalez at 6:00 p.m. in the Bartholomew
Room.
Council Members Maria Regan Gonzalez, Mayor; Edwina Garcia; Mary Supple; Simon
Present: Trautmann; and Ben Whalen.
Staff Present: Katie Rodriguez, City Manager; Neil Ruhland, Communication and Engagement
Manager; Mary Tietjen, City Attorney; and Blanca Martinez Gavina, Executive
Analyst.
Others Present: Gordon Vizecky from Richfield Tourism and Promotion Board
Item #1 RICHFIELD TOURISM AND PROMOTION BOARD AGREEMENT PRESENTATION
Mayor Regan Gonzalez introduced City Manager Rodriguez. City Manager Rodriguez gave a
review and outline of Richfield Tourism and Promotion Agreement. There was a discussion about the
Richfield Tourism and Promotion Board Agreement in addition to next steps with comments from City
Attorney Mary Tietjen, clarifying aspects of the agreement.
Gordon Vizecky answered questions from Council Member Trautmann regarding bylaws and
financial records.
