CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Regan Gonzalez at 4:00 p.m. in the Council
Chambers.
Council Members Maria Regan Gonzalez, Mayor; Edwina Garcia; Mary Supple; Simon
Present: Trautmann; and Ben Whalen.
Staff Present: Katie Rodriguez, City Manager
ITEM #1 SPECIAL MEETING ITEMS
• Special City Council Closed Executive Session in the Bartholomew Room
regarding the City Manager's 6-month performance evaluation.
• Reconvene the Special City Council Meeting in the Council Chambers.
Mayor Regan Gonzalez and the City Council Members moved into a closed executive session
in the Bartholomew Room where discussion of the City Manager's performance was conducted.
The Special City Council Meeting was reconvened in the Council Chambers.
ADJOURNMENT
The meeting was adjourned by unanimous consent at 6:26 p.m.
