Anyone who is not on the agenda who would like to address the Commission must inform the Chair at this time. Please provide full
name and address. The Chair may decide on a time limit for Guest Speakers and/or individuals to address the Commission, so that
we can complete our meeting agenda.

a.) June 28th at 6:00 p.m. reception for Citizen of the Year, followed by the presentation
of Citizen of the Year to City Council and the presentation of our Annual Report.
b.) 4th of July Parade update - Team: Jeff, Debbie, Sara. Maybe: Logan, Kirsten, & Mark
c.) Update on commissions recruiting team (Sara & Jeff)
d.) Reschedule July and August meetings
• July is scheduled for 7/5. Do we want to consider the 7th, 11th, 13th, or
14th? Let's make it a time we can have a quorum.
• August is scheduled for 8/2. Do we want the 8th, 10th, or 11th

f.) Holocaust survivor event

8. New/Future Business
a.) Guest speaker for July meeting may be Ben Sandin with House of Prayer. This is not
finalized yet.
b.) Guest Speakers for October 4th meeting tentatively Senta Leff, Executive Director of
the Minnesota Coalition for the Homeless and Dan Kitzberger, Policy Director at the
Minnesota Coalition for the Homeless. Dan is also on the Richfield Planning
Commission.
