04-13-2010 RICHFIELD HUMAN RIGHTS COMMISSION Meeting of April 13, 2010 7:00 p.m. – Council Chambers 1. Call to Order Anyone not on the agenda who wants to address the Commission must inform the Chair at this time. Please provide full name and address. 2. Purpose of the Commission: Richfield City Code Section 305.01, Subd. 3. The purpose of the Commission is to secure for all citizens equal opportunity in employment, housing, public accommodations, public services and education and full participation in the affairs of the community and to take appropriate action consistent with the Minnesota Human Rights Act. The Commission shall also advise the City Council on long range programs to improve human relations in the City. (Richfield City Code, as of June 5, 2001) 3.
