ITEM #6 NEW BUSINESS:
Discussed agenda for special meeting. Added former RHRC member, James Brinker, to speak. At
meeting.
Joan and Nancy staffed RHRC booth at Cattail Days. They had a lot of interest in the free buttons.
Anthony will staff booth at Peace Power and Unity Conference in October.
Will add MIRA to Dec. RHRC Meeting
Mark from The Storefront Group will present information at November RHRC Meeting.
Molly visited Bloomington HRC meeting. Suggested we send welcome and thank you letters to guest
speakers.
Talked about applying for HRC grant money.
Nancy Roberts will attend Dec. Statewide HRC Conference.
Discussed community out reach through Human Rights Book Club. It is a way to connect with community.
