1) Anthony Bradford, Treasurer, has not received financial statements from previous treasurer.
John Gomez reported that there are no new expenses.

Happenings:
City council – Pat Elliot not present
School –Peter Toensing not present
City – Todd Sandell reported that Linda Anderson is having difficulty finding files that Kathy Farris kept
before leaving her position as City Liaison. If any members know of their whereabouts she would be
grateful.
ITEM #6 NEW BUSINESS:
1. On June 2, the Chair , John Gomez, will give annual update on the HRC to the city council.

2. The HRC will participate in the 4 of July parade this year.
3. The 2009 Gene and Mary Jacobsen Outstanding Citizen Award nominations must be in before
April 24, 2009. The HRC will send out nomination letters to the Richfield Community Council,
churches, to various city commissions, and local social service organizations.
