RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE
CITY OF RICHFIELD
SURFACE WATER MANAGEMENT PLAN
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Richfield is the official governing body of
the City of Richfield, Minnesota; and
WHEREAS, the Richfield Surface Water Management Plan has been written in
conformance with Minnesota Rules Chapter 8410 and Minnesota Statutes § 1036.235;
and
WHEREAS, the Surface Water Management Plan was reviewed by the
Metropolitan Council and Watershed Management Districts and Organizations according
to Minnesota Statutes § 1036.235.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
Richfield, Minnesota, as follows:
Hereby adopts the Richfield Surface Water Management Plan and implements the
capital improvements, programs, studies, and future amendments according to the
schedules outlined in the plan.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Richfield, Minnesota this 11th day of
February, 2019.
