Subject: Proposed Housing Development for City Garage South Site
Council Members and Commissioners:
On February 11, 2019, at 6:30 pm, Chris Stokka of MWF Properties will present a
preliminary proposal to develop an apartment building on the City Garage South site
(7700 Pillsbury).
MWF Properties is a Richfield-based housing developer that specializes in workforce
multi -family rental housing projects using Low Income Housing Tax Credits.
