Meeting Minutes
January 29, 2018
Present: David Gepner, Reed Bornholdt, John Easterwood, Martin Kirsch, Michael
Ulmer, Sidney Rehwaldt, Gordon Hanson, Lisa Rudolph, Ken Severson, Bill Bullock
Absent: Bill Kilian (excused), Jacqueline Heine, David Lamberger (excused), Donna
Drummond, Mike Sandahl (excused)
The meeting was called to order by President Martin Kirsch at 7:00pm.
Old Business
Minutes from the meeting of January 23, 2017 were review. Motion by Sid Rehwaldt,
second by John Easterwood to approve as written. Motion passed.
New Business
Election of officers for 2018 were held. Mike Ulmer spoke on behalf of the nominating
committee and moved Martin Kirsch for President Mike Sandahl for Vice President and
Bill Bullock as Secretary. Second by Sid Rehwaldt, motion passed.
There was no other new business for the commission.
Motion to adjourn the meeting made by Sid Rehwaldt, second by Ken Severson. The
meeting was adjourned at 7:05pm.
