Meeting Minutes
January 23, 2017
Present: Ken Severson, John Easterwood, Martin Kirsch, Bill Bullock, David Gepner,
Reed Bornholdt, Bill Kilian, David Lamberger, Michael Ulmer, Sidney Rehwaldt,
Gordon Hanson, Donna Drummond, Lisa Rudolph
Excused: Mike Sandahl
The meeting was called to order by President Martin Kirsch at 7:00pm.
Old Business
Minutes from the meeting of January 25, 2016 were review. Motion by Bill Kilian,
second by John Easterwood to approve as written. Motion passed.
New Business
Election of officers for 2018 were held. Bill Kilian spoke on behalf of the nominating
committee and moved Martin Kirsch for President Mike Sandahl for Vice President and
Bill Bullock as Secretary. Second by John Easterwood, motion passed.
There was no other new business for the commission.
Motion to adjourn the meeting made by Sid Rehwaldt, second by Bill Kilian. The
meeting was adjourned at 7:07pm.
