Meeting Minutes
January 25, 2016
Present: Jeffrey Karr, Donna Drummond, David Gepnar, Bill Bullock, Reed Bornholdt,
Marty Kirsch, Jacqueline Heinen, Michael Ulmer, Sidney Rehwaldt
Excused: Mike Sandahl
The meeting was called to order by President Mary Kirsch at 7:02 pm.
Following the role call, Marty Kirsch asked for a motion to approve the minutes from the
January 26, 2015 meeting. Motion made by Reed Bonholdt, seconded by Jeffrey Karr, to
approve the minutes as written. Motion passed.
Old Business
Marty Kirsch addressed the number of terms set to expire in the coming months and
encouraged those interested in continuing to serve to submit an application.
New Business
Reed Bornholdt spoke on behalf of the Nominating Committee and made a motion for the
following slate of candidates; Marty Kirsch as president, Mike Sandahl as vice present,
and Bill Bullock as secretary. The motion was seconded by David Gepnar. There were
no other nominations. Motion passed.
There was no other new business.
Motion to adjourn the meeting made by Bill Bullock, seconded by Reed Bornholdt. The
meeting was adjourned at 7:04 pm.
