Meeting Minutes
March 22, 2011
Present: Gordon Hanson, Jeff Karr, Amy Zabransky, David Gepner, Ruth Jensen, Bill
Kilian, Kristal Stokes, Bill Bullock, Gordon Herrboldt, Marty Kirsch, Reed Bornholdt,
Sidney Rehwaldt
Excused: Mike Sandahl, John Easterwood
The meeting was called to order by President Mary Kirsch at 6:30pm.
Following the role call, Marty Kirsch asked for a motion to approve the minutes from the
April 12, 2010 meeting. Motion made by Bill Kilian, seconded by Kristal Stokes, to
approve the minutes as written. Motion passed.
Old Business
There was no old business.
New Business
Marty Kirsch asked the nominating committee (Bill Bullock, Bill Kilian and Gordon
Herrboldt) to present their slate of candidates. Bill Bullock moved the following slate of
candidates; Marty Kirsch as president, Mike Sandahl as vice present, and Kristal Stokes
as secretary. The motion was seconded by Red Bornholdt. There were no other
nominations. Motion passed.
There was no other new business.
Motion to adjourn the meeting made by Bill Kilian, seconded by Sid Rehwaldt. The
meeting was adjourned at 6:33pm.
