After some discussion, the members present decided to act as a committee of the whole for purposes of selecting a slate of candidates for elections for Charter Commission officers for 2008. Easterwood responded that the answer to both questions is “yes.” Member Ulmer noted that there may not have been minutes for some of the most recent minutes in as much as little business was transacted. Jensen indicated that she had no record of receiving minutes during her tenure on the commission. Easterwood suggested that she consult her commission notebook for the date of the last minutes contained therein, then inquire of the Charter Commission contact at City Hall to determine whether there are minutes on record that she lacks. 6. Member Jensen also asked about access to a current roster. She was referred to the website for the City of Richfield. 7.
