Thursday, February 2, 1989, at 7:00 P.M. in the Council Chambers.
Both Jim Prosser and Mike Sandahl will be present to present
their views on the issue before us. .Each will speak no longer
than 15 minutes apiece, .followed by a period (no longer than
30 minutes) for questions and answers. A meeting of the Commission
