Nominations for dice-President were opened. Shirley Jnhnsrn was
nominated for dice-President. Nominations were closed.

President Starleaf questi nned the appropriateness of the current
oath of office administered to the Richfield City Cnuncii. President
Starleaf noted that while the Cnuncilmemtiers pledge to uphold the laws
and constitutions of the United States and the State of Minnesota, then do
not pledge to abide by the City Charter and Ordinances. ~ Cr~mmittee
comprised of members, Hendrickson, Margarit, and ~ncher was appointed
to review the issue.
