MINUTES FOR THE
RICHFIELD CHARTER COMMISSION MEETING
JANUARY 11, 1994
The meeting was .called to order by President Starleaf
at 7:30.
Present: Cramer, Johnson, Doebler, Starleaf, Tjornhom,
Norquist, Severe, Lindberg, Palm and Holstrom.
Excused: Anderson, Ticen and Kennedy.
The minutes of the idovember 30 meeting were approved
as mailed.
Shirley Johnson, acting on behalf of the Nominations
Committee, nominated Starleaf for President, Johnson
for Vice-President, and Holstrom for Secretary.
The nominees (who .served in the same capacity in 1993)
were unanimously approved.
President Starleaf announced that the charter changes
which we recommended had their first reading at the
Village Council Meeting on January 10 and are scheduled
for a second reading on February 14.
The commission received notification from Judge Burke
that Jane Hagen Hendrickson has been appointed a new
member of the commission.
The meeting was adjourned at 7:40.
