Money donated by Richfield residents through the Friendship City Commission were used by the school to provide a gym floor and do other things after the earthquake. Dave tried to kick a soccer goal in the gym. The principal was asked if there was any items they could use. She indicated a computer router would be helpful. The motion was made to provide a Linksys 4200 router and send it back with Cynthy when she returned to Costa Rica April 15tn We discussed progress of Richfield Park in Heredia and the status of our own Heredia Park. It has been indicated to us that funds for a sculpture or a plaque for Heredia Park was in the budget. Dave will make inquiries regarding it and the plans, if any, of Richfield's City Hall Dedication. We had planned to invite folks from Costa Rica to attend but aren't sure whether it has already happened or when it will. The question of when we could invite them or schedule a visit from here was left open. Opportunities for tour group sightseeing were visited and checked out including the Jaguar and Sloth Rehab centers, InBio and the Oxcart Parade. The new hospital in Heredia was toured. Respectfully Submitted, David Delzer, Vice Chair
