12-11 Resolution No. 11582 RESOLUTION NO. 11582 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING REVISION OF 2018 BUDGET OF VARIOUS DEPARTMENTS WHEREAS, Resolution No. 11445 appropriated funds for personal services, other expenses and capital outlays for each department of the City for the year of 2018; and WHEREAS, The City Charter, Chapter 7, Section 7.09, gives the Council authority to transfer unencumbered appropriation balances from one department to another within the same fund at the request of the City Manager; and WHEREAS, The City Manager has requested a revision of the 2018 budget appropriations in accordance with Charter provisions and as detailed in the Proposed 2019 budget document. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield, Minnesota as follows: 1. That the 2018 appropriations for each department of the General Fund be amended to establish the following totals: General Fund Legislative/Executive $ 900,870 Administrative Services 694,420 Finance 690,270 Public Safety 9,008,680 Fire Services 4,270,910 Community Development 1,476,220 Public Works 4,085,980 Recreation Services 1,925,140 Transfer Out 195,000 TOTAL GENERAL FUND $23,247,490 DECREASE $ 102,520 2. Estimated 2018 gross revenue of the City of Richfield from all sources, as the same are more fully detailed in the City Manager's official copy of the proposed 2019 budget, are hereby revised as follows: DECREASE $102,520 3. That the City Manager and the Finance Manager bring into effect the provisions of this resolution. Adopted by the City Council of the City of Richfield, Minnesota this 11t day of December 2018.
