Bill No. 2018-14 BILL NO. 2018-14 AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO ZONING; AMENDING APPENDIX I TO THE RICHFIELD CITY CODE BY REZONING PROPERTY AT 7301 PENN AVENUE S AS NEIGHBORHOOD BUSINESS (C-1) THE CITY OF RICHFIELD DOES ORDAIN: Section 1. Section 2, of Appendix I of the Richfield Zoning Code is amended by adding new Paragraph (18) as follows: (18) M-11 (SE corner, 73rd and Penn). The West 1/2 of that part of the North 10 rods of the South 40 rods of the West 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 33, Township 28, Range 24, lying between the West line of Oliver Ave S and the East line of Penn Ave S Sec. 2.
