09-25 Resolution No. 11547 RESOLUTION NO. 11547 RESOLUTION GRANTING APPROVAL OF A FINAL PLAT FOR LYNDALE GARDENS 2ND ADDITION WHEREAS, Lyndale Gardens, LLC ("Applicant") has requested approval of a final plat that combines and resubdivides properties legally described in the attached Exhibit A; and WHEREAS, the proposed subdivision is to be known as LYNDALE GARDENS 2ND ADDITION; and WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on the proposed final plat of LYNDALE GARDENS 2ND ADDITION on Tuesday, September 25, 2018 at which all interested persons were given the opportunity to be heard; and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield, as follows: 1. The proposed plat of LYNDALE GARDENS 2ND ADDITION satisfies the requirements of the City's subdivision ordinances. 2. Final approval of the plat of LYNDALE GARDENS 2ND ADDITION is granted with the following conditions: a. The applicant must address to the City Attorney's satisfaction all items listed in the plat opinion letter prepared by the City Attorney's office. b. Easements described by Doc. Nos. 2928405 and 2917948 shall not be vacated. Adopted by the City Council of the City of Richfield, Minnesota this 25th day of September, 2018.
