Subject: Designation of Executive Director
There is an item on the July 23, 1979 HRA agenda providing
for designation of an Executive Director. The Richf field City
Manager has traditionally served as the Executive Director of
the Richfield Housing and Redevelopment Authority; the Acting
City Manager was appointed by the HRA as Acting Executive
Director after the departure of former Executive Director
Wayne Burggraaff.
