Gentlemen:
• Subject: Special. HRA Meeting.to Consider Commercial
Improvement. Study
.;At the •recent joint. meeting of theHousing and Redevelopment. Authari,ty and
the planning.commission, it was tentatively decided to meet again' in joint
session on January 21st to further consider the commercial improvement study.
..After additional. consideration of this matter, it is suggested that this joint
meeting be-head on -Tuesday, January 28th rather than on: January 21st.
:This additional time between meetings will. make it possible to develop all of
the necessary information to .be .considered by the Housing- and Redevelopment
Authority and. the planning commission.
.Therefore, it is recommended that the Housing and'Redevelopment.Authority
establish a,special meeting for Tuesday, January 28, 1975, at 7:00 p.m. in
the city hall council chambers .
