Subject: Consideration of HRA Per Diem

Councilman Luettinger has requested that an item be placed on the HRA
agenda for the purpose of discussing per diem payments for HRA members.
Attached is a copy of the resolution which establishes the present procedure
for making per diem payments to HRA members.

RESOLUTI0:1 ESTABLISHING PER DIEM REIMBURSEMENT
FOR HOUSING AND REDEVELOPME\TT AUTHORITY PURFOSES
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the
Richfield Housing and Redevelopment Authority as follows:
Eac;e commissioner shall receive his necessary expenses,
including traveling expenses, incurred in the p?rformance of
his duties. Such expenses shall be reimbursed upon verified
claims, audited and allowed by the commission. Each Commis-
, sinner shall be paid for attending meetings of the Authority,
regular and special, the sums authorized to be paid under
the provision of Minnesota Statutes ~ 462.441.
