AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO ZONING; AMENDING APPENDIX 1 TO
THE RICHFIELD ZONING CODE BY REZONING A PORTION OF 1401
76TH STREET WEST TO GENERAL COMMERCIAL
THE CITY OF RICHFIELD DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. Paragraph (59) of Section 3 of Appendix 1 of the Richfield Zoning Code is
amended to read as follows:
(59) M-14 (SE corner, 1-35W and 76th) Th3t part of Lot 1.
Block 1, Bourbon and Basin First Addition \uhich lies north of the 'N0sterly
extension of the center line of 77th Street; and that area bounded by said
Block 1, the northerly extension of the east line of said Block 1, the south right-
of-way line of 76th Street and the east right-of-way line of Interstate Highway
35W.
Sec. 2. Appendix 1 of the Richfield Zoning Code is amended by repealing
Section 4, paragraph (1).
Sec. 3. This ordinance is effective in accordance with Section 3.09 of the Richfield
City Charter.
Sec. 4. Passed by the City Council of the City of Richfield, Minnesota this 9th day
of May, 2006.
