Subject: Approval of relocation claims, Market Plaza Site
Dear Commissioners:
On Monday evening, the HRA will be requested to approve
negotiated relocation claims for three businesses on the
Market Plaza site; Pet Cetera, Kenny's Yamaha and Strom, et al,
These claims are advantageous for both the businesses and the
HRA. It will be possible for the HRA to provide the site
to the developers in a timely fashion and reduce- the hardship
on the businesses.
