Subject: Lyndale Gardens Update
Council Members:
A joint work session of the City Council, Housing and Redevelopment Authority, and the
Planning Commission has been scheduled for Monday, October 16 at 6 p.m. At this
meeting, Colleen Carey of The Cornerstone Group will present conceptual plans for the
development of 32 townhomes and approximately 120 units of rental housing on the
former Lyndale Garden Center site (approximately 6400 Lyndale Avenue).
