Subject: Housing Proposal - 7540 Penn Ave
Council Members:
On September 25, 2017, at 6:15 p.m., Adam Seraphine of NHH Properties and Lori
Boisclair of Boisclair Corporation will present a preliminary proposal for the construction
of assisted living and memory care housing adjacent to St. Richards Church at 7540
Penn Avenue. A preliminary site plan is attached.
The Council and Planning Commission discussed a similar proposal by United
Properties in August of 2015. No formal proposal was ever submitted.
