CALL TO ORDER
The Closed Executive Session was called to order by Mayor Pro Tempore Howard at 6:13
p.m. in the Babcock Conference Room.
ROLL CALL
Council Members Michael Howard, Mayor Pro Tempore; Pat Elliott; Edwina Garcia; and Maria
Present: Regan Gonzalez.
Staff Present: Steven L. Devich, City Manager; Jay Henthorne, Public Safety Director; Pam
Dmytrenko, Assistant City Manager/HR Manager; and Mary Tietjen, City
Attorney.
Others Present: Marylee Abrams, Attorney with Abrams & Schmidt LLC.
ITEM #1 DISCUSSION REGARDING IMPLEMENTATION AND APPEAL OF A LABOR
ARBITRATION DECISION BETWEEN LAW ENFORCEMENT LABOR
SERVICES LOCAL 123 AND THE CITY OF RICHFIELD.
The Closed Executive Session was convened as permitted by attorney-client privilege
pursuant to Minn: Stat. 13D.05, subd. 3(b).
