CALL TO ORDER
The worksession was called to order by Mayor Goettel at 5:45 p.m. in the Bartholomew
Room.

ITEM #1 DISCUSSION REGARDING THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN CONSULTANT
SELECTION (COUNCIL MEMO NO. 78)
City Planner Melissa Poehlman opened the joint worksession with a brief discussion of
the City of Richfield's requirement to revisit and update the Comprehensive Plan every 10
years. Poehlman discussed the solicitation and review process that led up to this worksession
with leading candidate SRF Consulting Group.
