RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ACQUISITION OF CERTAIN
PROPERTY WITHIN THE CITY OF RICHFIELD
WHEREAS, the Housing and Redevelopment Authority in and for the City of Richfield,
Minnesota ("the HRA") desires to obtain certain real property as described in the attached
Exhibit A ("the Properties") currently owned by the City of Richfield, pursuant to and in
furtherance of its redevelopment efforts;
WHEREAS, the HRA is authorized by Minnesota Statutes Section 469.012 to acquire
real property within its area of operation; and
WHEREAS, the HRA has determined that acquisition of said property is in furtherance
of its redevelopment purposes.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Housing and Redevelopment
Authority in and for the City of Richfield:
1. The conveyance of the Property by the City to the HRA is hereby approved.
Adopted by the Housing and Redevelopment Authority in and for the City of Richfield,
Minnesota on this 21st day of November, 2016.
