AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO ZONING;
AMENDING APPENDIX 1 TO THE RICHFIELD CITY
CODE BY ADDING NEW LAND
ADJACENT TO 6600 CEDAR AVENUE AND
DESIGNATING SAID LAND AS
GENERAL BUSINESS (C-2)
THE CITY OF RICHFIELD DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. Section 3, Paragraph (75) of Appendix 1 of the Richfield Zoning Code
is amended to read as follows:
(75) M-49 (15th to Cedar Avenues and East 66th Street). That area
lying between the center line of 15th and a line 33 feet east of the
center line of Cedar Avenues, and between the center line of 66th
Street and a line distant 250 feet southerly thereof and parallel
thereto; except that area where zone PC-2 (5) overlaps with said
zone in the block bounded by Cedar and 18th Avenues and by
66th and 67th Streets.
Sec. 2. This ordinance is effective in accordance with Section 3.09 of the
Richfield City Charter.
