CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Goettel at 6:02 p.m. in the Bartholomew Room.
Council Members Debbie Goettel, Mayor; Michael Howard; Edwina Garcia; Pat Elliott; and
Present: Tom Fitzhenry.
Planning Commission Erin Vrieze Daniels, Chair; Rick Jabs; Daniel Kitzberger; and Sean Hayford
Members Present: Oleary.
Planning Commission Susan Rosenberg; Charles Standfuss; and Gordon Vizecky. •
Members Absent:
Staff Present: Steven L. Devich, City Manager; Kristin Asher, Public Works Director; John
Stark, Community Development Director; Pam Dmytrenko, Assistant City
Manager/HR Manager; and Kari Sinning, Deputy City Clerk.
Item #1 DISSCUSSION REGARDING 6605-1sT AVE (COUNCIL MEMO NO. 56)
Community Development Director Stark opened the discussion stating the current use of the
property at 6605 1st Ave as explained in Council Memo No. 56.
Paul Lynch Jr. of PLH &Associates presented his proposal for a 2-story retail/residential
mixed use project.
Council Members and Commissioners posed some questions and minor concerns; however,
they expressed general support for the project and encouraged the developer to submit a formal land-
use application.

The worksession was adjourned by unanimous consent at 6:23 p.m.
