16-1236r HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY IN AND FOR THE CITY OF RICHFIELD,MINNESOTA RESOLUTION NO. 1236 RESOLUTION APPROVING FIRST AMENDMENT TO CONTRACT FOR PRIVATE DEVELOPMENT WITH ENDRES CUSTOM HOMES,INC. WHEREAS, the Housing and Redevelopment Authority in and for the City of Richfield, Minnesota (the"Authority"),entered into a Contract for Private Development,dated July 18,2016(the"Contract"),with Endres Custom Homes, Inc. (the "Developer"), pursuant to which the Developer agreed to purchase certain real property located at 7333 Emerson Avenue South from the Authority and construct a single family home on the property;and WHEREAS, an Amendment to Contract for Private Development (the "Amendment") has been presented to the Board of the Authority which amends the minimum market value required for the single family home to be constructed on the property;and WHEREAS, the Board has reviewed the Amendment and fmds that the execution thereof by the Authority and the performance of the Authority's obligations thereunder are in the best interest of the City and its residents;and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Commissioners of the Housing and Redevelopment Authority in and for the City of Richfield,Minnesota as follows: 1. The Amendment is hereby in all respects authorized, approved, and confirmed, and the Chairperson and the Executive Directed are hereby authorized and directed to execute the Amendment for and on behalf of the Authority in substantially the form now on file with the Community Development Director but with such modifications as shall be deemed necessary, desirable, or appropriate, the execution thereof o constitute conclusive evidence of their approval of any and all modifications therein.
