2005-06 BILL NO. 2005-6 TRANSITORY ORDINANCE NO. 18.31 AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE EXPENDITURE OF MONEY FROM THE SPECIAL REVENUE FUND FOR CERTAIN CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS CITY OF RICHFIELD DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: It is found and determined to be necessary and expedient for the City to expend money from the Special Revenue Fund for the making of capital improvements listed in Section 2 hereof, for which the City would be authorized to issue general obligation bonds. Section 2: The capital improvements and amounts of expenditures for such improvements which are authorized to be paid from the Special Revenue Fund under Section 7.12, Subdivision 2 of the City Charter, are as follows: Park Maintenance Ice Arena Second Sheet Loan Repayment Ice Arena Ceiling Beams Outdoor Pool Renovation Loan Repayment Mini-Golf Course Carpet Replacement Wood Lake Prairie Restoration Lincoln Field & Other Ball Field Improvements 100,000 50,000 70,000 214,000 12,000 11,000 43,000 Section 3: The expenditures herein authorized shall be made pursuant to such contracts as are authorized from time to time by Council action.
