Community Development Director.

The agenda was approved by unanimous consent.
Item #2
Community Development Director Palmborg reviewed Staff Report No. 25 regarding a
resolution establishing just compensation and authorizing the purchase of a single family detached
home at 6608 17th Avenue.
M/Sandahl, S/Kirsch that the followinq HRA resolution be adopted, that it be spread in the
HRA resolution book and that it be made part of these minutes:

Motion carried 3-0. This HRA Resolution appears as HRA Resolution No. 950 in HRA
Resolution Book NO.7.
