AMENDMENT TO SECTION 930 OF THE
ORDINANCE CODE OF THE CITY OF RICHFIELD
THE CITY OF RICHFIELD DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1. Subsection 930.09 of the Richfield City Code is amended as follows:
Construction activity involving the use of power equipment which does not generate a sound
level in excess of 85 dBA, measured at the property line of the source, may be operated in all
zones between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 8:00 p.m. daily. All other construction activity
may be carried out only between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 8:00 p.m. on weekdays and
8:00 a.m. and 44X00 8:00 p.m. on Saturdays.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance will be effective in accordance with Section 3.09 of the City
Charter.
